This is a stylized porcelain figure (or figurine) of a Latin American man playing a conga drum. It is, I think, around 18 inches tall. (It is packed away.) I would guess that it is from the 1960s or earlier. That estimation is not based on any expertise. I was a child in the 60's and it reminds me of things I saw around that time.
I am not sure if it would be considered a porcelain figure or figurine. I think it is more appropriately categorized as an antique than a collectible, but I could be wrong.
